OK, so short story; I've done Sparkpeople before and did well. I was trying to loss 20-25 lbs and training for a sprint triathlon. so I lost about 12-15 Lbs. competed in the tri and did well but never got to my goal. So, two months later I have put some weight back on and am back to try and get to my goal again. My metabolism is very slow as I am almost 50 and going through the lovely change of life!
