Iam really going to do my best to not blow the weekend with crapola! I didn't exactly start out the day on a good foot (Count Chocula cereal isn't exactly health food after all), but I've made a promise to myself to be good the rest of the day and tomorrow as well!

Best of luck to each of you, too, in avoiding the weekend sabotage.
Jenn Sat, 15 Sep 2007 11:50:25 EST September Challenge for Week 9/15-9/21 9/15 - 9/21 Here we go!

~walk/run/bike/elliptical 7 miles in the week (but you have to do atleast two differnt forms of equipment to get your miles)

~continue to give up your fav. high calorie food. I had a great AF blue dress that i've never worn, but with my birthday present (new boobs!) and some weight gain/loss/gain/loss, etc, I had to have the back altered (some decorative straps taken off), however, now it bunches in the back. The mall here in Wichita Falls has NO formal gowns, but Dillards has short dressy dresses. Does anyone know if many women wear short formals to the ball, or is a long gown more appropriate?

Thanks in advance!! Fri, 14 Sep 2007 15:03:40 EST Another tattooed AF wife joining! Hello - my name is Pepper and I am currently stationed with my husband at Sheppard AFB in TX. HATE IT! But trying to like it. We've been here for a little over a year and have 3 or so more to go *sigh*. I moved from Offutt AFB in Bellevue, NE, where my two children live, so this move (which is my first since moving to NE with my ex AF husband 10 years ago) has been especially hard on me. ANYHOW - HI! Fri, 14 Sep 2007 15:00:36 EST (((hugs))) Big hugs to all you ladies missing your hubbies. Mine is currently on day 4 of a 3 week TDY and that's hard enough, I can't imagine the long deployments. We've been married almost 8 years and have never been apart for more than 3 months, so I feel blessed. I also feel like our luck is running out and that soon the dreaded Korea tour might hit. *gulp*

Anyway, just wanted to give a shout to all you deserving wives! We drove from Washington to Anaheim and stopped in to see some family along the way. It was a fun trip! We spent 5 nights & 4 days at Disney...who knows how many miles we walked in those days, but I don't think it was enough to keep any pounds at bay. I haven't "officially" weighed since we've been home, but I am sure ready to get going again with my water, food tracking and hit the gym.

... Tue, 27 Feb 2007 08:07:51 EST Doin better? We all seem like we've been in a funk lately. After my weigh in yesterday (only losing one pound). I feel like I'm getting back on track. Going for a walk today. Good luck everyone Sat, 24 Feb 2007 09:53:31 EST Starting over today Im starting over. For the last 2 weeks I havent really been following my diet and its been too cold to take the baby outside to walk. Well we are adjusting to DH being gone and the weathers warming up so Im getting back on track. I gained some weight back, but I cant bring myself to move my ticker, lol. It makes me feel bad enough seeing it NOT move DOWN. Hopefully these 2lbs I gained back will come off quick!
Amy Tue, 20 Feb 2007 17:50:54 EST Thank God for a New Week I oopsd over the weekend.
