Wed, 10 Nov 2010 01:29:55 EST Heart rate So here are my questions. I have these sensors on my treadmill that tell you what your heart rate is while you are working out. My heart rate runs alittle high anyway--way high with out medication-- and I did ask the doc if it was okay to exercise (in a general way) and he said,"yup"
. How high is too high?? And how accurate are those sensors anyway? Should I keep going?
I am off to the doc on Wednesday on a related topic so I will ask again but in the meantime ????? I have tried to use the little bread and butter size plates but I am always hungry. How do you know what the proper serving size is?
