You may weigh more or less according to your own personal program.

I would recommend taking a few measurements so you will see losses that might not show up on the scale. You may take whatever measurements you wish but SP usually starts with Neck, Waist, Hips, Arms - add whatever interests you the most. For me it was the Thighs, Calves, Waist and Hips.

You can log these from your starting page under Weigh-In & Other Mea... Please try to join our team goals as they are all designed to help you lose weight.

There will be no one tracking you to see if you are doing everything but the more you do the more likely you are to be successful in this journey.

Need help? Have questions? Ask here and we will try to get you on the right path to a lighter and healthier you. Wed, 18 Mar 2009 17:00:26 EST This is NOT a diet! Ok, now that I have your attention, yes it is. To me it is a diet and a lifestyle change. Your diet consists of everything you eat and since we all must eat, our food plan is also our daily diet.

But this does not mean you have to starve yourself. I can honestly say that I have not been hungry on my journey to a healthier me. Only a few times and when I went back and looked at my Fitness Tracker and then my Nutrition Tracker I saw that I didn't eat as many calories as I was ... Sun, 22 Feb 2009 20:52:22 EST Your FIRST challenge! This is really a very simple first challenge that will occupy some of your time but it will help you so much in your journey to a healthier you.

The idea of this challenge is NOT to try to stay within your calorie range but instead to learn to start tracking your foods daily. I started my journey on March 27, 2008 and for the first 3 months refused to use the Nutrition Tracker (I did my own journal on my PC) and I tried to stay around 1000 calories daily. No surprise, I was also ... Sun, 22 Feb 2009 20:45:09 EST How do I introduce myself to the team?
