Okay, so I'm ready to start dieting again, but coffee is really my biggest addiction- with LOTS of cream and sugar! I can probably finish off a pot myself everyday, and I don't even want to think about how many empty calories that is. <BR> <BR> How can I keep my coffee, and still enjoy it, without adding all that sugar?
