SparkPeople EASTERN WASHINGTON and NORTHERN IDAHO SPARKERS Team Messageboard Message Removed Message Removed Tue, 19 Sep 2017 10:42:05 EST Hello! I asked this question on another team forum, but I'm gonna ask it here too: I see the team goal of get 8 hours of sleep per day/night, but I am not an 8 hour a night person, never have been in my 44 years. I am more like a 6-7 hour a night person, my natural clock almost always wakes me around 6 hours, but sometimes at 7. So is it cheating to sign up and say I got 8 hours when I didn't? I really can't sleep that long, my body does worse if I do, honestly. Thu, 13 Jun 2013 00:18:54 EST Random Questions So I have a question. I travel a lot for work most of it being international. I stay in ok 3-4 star hotels once in a while a 5 star. (get kicked out of most for using hot plates) no microwave lucky if there is a fridge. I have to eat out for most of my meals. I only speak English and learn enough to say the common phrases in each country. my question is, what do you do when you travel to stay on track? How do you log the meals? How do you shop in each place if you don't know the language? Do...
