Thu, 20 Nov 2008 10:11:13 EST accountability partner Hello,
I am looking for an accountability partner. How shall I start this process? 30 Thu, 20 Nov 2008 06:54:24 EST I bought a treadmill! I'm so excited! I bought a treadmill! I ordered it from Amazon, so I have to wait for it to be shipped before I get to play with it. I've never had a treadmill before and I'm so stoked. Now I have no excuse not to sign up for that half-marathon that's coming up in February. I'm REALLY hoping that now I'll be able to finally learn to run. The cushion deck should really help reduce the shin splints that usually derail me before I've made any progress. Hell Yeah! Mon, 17 Nov 2008 12:35:28 EST Calorie Ranges Ok, I have been making a effort to log in my food as much as possible. I noticed that my calorie range is kind of high (2470-2820) per day. I want to cut back on my carbs (breads, rice, potatoes, pasta), but if my calorie count should be that high, how can I make up my calories to be in that range? (can you tell that I am new to thi... I have been working on losing weight since Feb. I had done pretty good, but a lot was going on around here and I fell back into old habits, and put weight back on. It's time to get serious again!! I found this team looking at Nascargirl3's page. She has been a great help to me getting back on track. Thanks Wendy!!!!
Anyways, this seems like a place to start!! GOYAAM!!!! Sun, 21 Sep 2008 23:42:50 EST New To The Team Hello. So I'm not so new to SP, just this team. Found out about it when checking out knottymommy's vlog and thought I'd come check it out. I haven't been online much lately, but felt the need to reconnect. I have been part of the Done Girls but can't seem to keep up anymore - feel lost. I'm hoping the tough love aspect of GOYAAM and the smaller group will help me reconnect, gain a sense of belonging and keep me coming back. I know SP works, if you work it... So here I am. Sat, 20 Sep 2008 14:14:01 EST Goyaam Plan? I'm curious about how I should go about putting together a Goyaam Plan.

Advise? Specific outline?
Or is it not super structured in which case I could still use some help making it demanding but not daunting. Fri, 19 Sep 2008 15:07:38 EST I'm new to the team! I re-joined SP in July, and the first 30 pounds seemed to come off with little effort - I ate right and excercised right. I don't want to become complacent, and I thought being on this team might just give me that extra push to GOMAAM!

I finally figured out what GOYAAM means today, and I had a good laugh, now - let's do this!!

Bring on the tough love - I can take it!
