Both the September H20 goal as well as some recent posts I've seen have me wondering what different people consider "water". <BR> <BR> I saw a post a couple of days ago that suggested anything liquid was water, such as sodas, juices, coffee, etc. <BR> <BR> For me, it's anything with no caffeine, no sugar, no carbonation, no calories - except decaf coffee.
