Last night I made a roast. The taste was great and it was not dry, but the meat was a little tough. Probably because I cooked it too fast. I've tried spin class 7 days a week for 4 months. I switched to running only to find I can only jog/walk and without an assigned class time, I'm not consistant. <BR> <BR> I hope that the more I reach out, the easier it will be to find the support I clearly need to make things work again. <BR> <BR> I'm 45 years old, 5'8", and weigh 224 lbs.
