I can't just take one bite, I have to eat it all. I think I need to be really strict on my diet to start with, and then maybe learn how to be more moderate. Haven't met many foods I don't like. I gained 10 pounds over the winter months eating what my kids eat and staying inside during bad weather. Quite the bummer as I had been the same weight for almost ten years and was not satisfied but comfortable with it.
