It feels like there is a hard knot. But when I move it feels like someone knuckled my spine and knocked the wind out of me. Also, where the bone that sticks out at the top of shoulders/bottom of neck, right above that is a 2in wide and half inch height hard spot that makes my neck hurt when I look down or bend my head back.
