Mon, 1 Aug 2011 22:11:56 EST Ideas for strengthening shoulder? I was recently in a car accident. Since then, my shoulder (actually shoulderblade area) has been bothering me. It was x-ray'd and they said it wasn't broken, but none of my doctors have actually suggested anything to do about the pain/swelling/stiffness in the area. When I ask, they all say that they want to worry about my leg now and worry about my shoulder later.
