SparkPeople Leaving 110-ville Team Messageboard Another newbie. Hi everyone! My name is Kylene. I am a 35 y/o SAHM of 3. I'm currently 121.6 pounds. My goal is to shed the rest of the baby weight (about 7 pounds) and then lose another 10 to get down to 105. I'm only 5' tall, so that is a safe weight for me (and also the weight at which I feel the best). Mon, 30 Nov 2015 18:28:21 EST Entering & Leaving 110-ville I weighed in at 119 last week, which officially qualifies me for the leaving 110-ville team!

(Ok, I should admit that since then I had a randomly high weigh-in of 121, but I am sure that will shake out in a few days)

My ultimate goal is to weigh about 105 lbs. I want to see where i end up when I have 15% body fat. I'm quite short and have a very small frame. I have mostly been about 125 lbs, and I can carry it ok. But I look quite squishy. Every time I've gotten und... Mon, 1 Apr 2013 12:02:19 EST What are your Goals by Summer 2012? Summer is here in 6 weeks!!! I can't believe that it is over here. How about you? Fri, 5 Jun 2009 09:20:06 EST I AM STUCK!!!!! Advice needed please.... so I am a bit stuck. I have this trend that I have noticed when I started logging my food intake. I eat lots of carbs (but still within recommended range) and not enough protein. Trouble is I am within calorie range and do not want to go over it. Anyone know how to eat protein without all the added calories? Should I lower my carb intake to counter the need for protein? I am concerned that this is why my diet has plateaued. I know that carbs are high in calories but I am finding that s... Tue, 17 Mar 2009 20:23:12 EST Getting hot for summer! Hi girls! Tue, 27 May 2008 20:24:10 EST Calorie Counting Alright girls, so who does it and what is the magic number?

I have heard that you should eat as many calories as you can get away with while still losing weight (in order to keep up your metabolism) and even that you should have a "cheat" meal every now and again for the same reason, but once I am counting I beat myself up if I get semi-high.
