We have 3 kids and 2 wonderful grandchildren and want to make sure we are around to watch them grow up. It would also be nice if we could off a few meds such as High blood pressure, cholesterol, and sugar. Grandpa needs to lose about 70 lbs and me about 30. We enjoy the outdoors, but we also have our own business which doesnt leave alot of time for exercising. I think our biggest struggle is food. We like it and i have trouble with meal planning. Whereas, today, I really didn't eat very healthily (skipped breakfast, didn't have any fruit, but calorie-wise, I'm doing great because I skipped a meal. Argg--I... I'm getting married in July and all the while trying on dresses, I realize I need to lose some weight I have gained. While growing up I had eating problems.
