What I do is when I get home at night I walk on the threadmill to get all my steps in. Since I am restarting... Mon, 5 Jan 2009 14:57:14 EST Etsy I have recently heard of Etsy. I think on Mondays we should start a sticking topic and do a weekly weight in. I know some people might want to do it bi weekly which is fine too. Whatever is best for you. I think it is important to log the progress, so I am personally using my sparkpage to log it every monday.
