A couple of weeks ago I took my kids to the doctors so they could get their yearly physical for camp. I decided to check my weight. My mouth hit the floor when I say how much I weighed. When I finished my meal yesterday and entered my fitness activities, I got a warning that I was burning too many calories so I needed to change my fitness levels, which I did. Today I just noticed that it upped my calorie intake to 2600 - 2900. I know that I am burning around 500 or more calories a day with exercinng but I was just eating enough to make the old calorie levels. I just dont eat a lot.
