I am not impressed with the delivery company but enjoy the shakes. I have decided that I will have 2 shakes/day during the week and 1 shake/day on weekends. I started out at 197. I am now down to 193.4. I am ok with that loss.

I am from Los Angeles. Next Friday, we are going on vacation to St Louis (our son is staying home to watch the dogs) and I ordered a canister so I can at least have one shake/day. Thu, 9 Nov 2017 14:20:27 EST One shake Hi! I've been using Isagenix for about a year now and it's been working well. My mom has some interest in starting, but does not want to do drink two shakes a day. Does anyone have any input or suggestions on how to successfully do this without two shakes? She most likely will not drink the Ionix supreme either. I may be able to convince her to do the cleanse each night, but probably not a full-day cleanse. Any suggestions are welcome! Tue, 7 Mar 2017 15:27:43 EST Introducing myself Hi! So thankful I gave it a try, and I want to encourage others to have hope, too! Wed, 24 Jun 2015 21:30:30 EST Starting 30-day cleanse on June 1 Anyone else starting around that time? Also, any tips? Because of a planned vacation, I started with one shake a day until I would have 30 solid days available. I have about 15 lbs to lose, but I'm fine with it coming off slow. I'm trying to convince my brother to try Isagenix. He needs to lose a lot of weight and can't seem to do it without serious intervention.
No promises, but I'm going to try to add regular blog posts as I go through the process. I'm down 13.2 lbs, from 231.9 to 218.7, as of this morning and I've lost over 20 inches overall. But the best part about it for me is seeing my body fat and BMI drop. My body fat % has gone from 50.3% on 3/4/14 to 47.3% today. My BMI has dropped from just over 38.5 to just under 36.4. I got into a pair of jeans that I haven't been able to wear in close to a year. In Jan I thought I would boost my weight loss with Isagenix.

I am really a routine person, I really thrive on excercise first thing in the morning. It's a victory and sets me up on the right track.

However, I feel I do not have enough fuel to work out (Run, TRX or even elliptical) on cleasne days. I've been exercising a lot as well, so I'm hoping that as I lose the fat it's being replaced by muscle and that is why the scale hasn't moved. lol
My question is regarding calorie consumption.. Isagenix suggests at least 1200 a day. My fitness pal suggests around 1800 for me. So, I'm confused. With a... I recently started Isagenix (I'm on week 3 of my 30 day), and I signed up via a friend, who told me she would "coach" me through the 30 days. For the first week, I heard from her pretty often, just checking in, but I haven't heard anything from her, since then. I'm just wondering if any of you are in frequent contact with your coach/sponsor, or if it's typical to buy the product through an associate, and then not really maintain a relationship with them. Thu, 27 Mar 2014 01:42:02 EST March 2014 Happy March! They say that this is the month that most people abandon their New Year's resolutions. Time to dig deep. Have a good weekend everyone. Sun, 2 Mar 2014 03:51:35 EST Weight loss expectations Hi there-I have just finished 2 full weeks on program including 2 cleanse days. I am following the plan as written and drinking lots of water. I haven't moved enough, I know that. My weight has not moved in 1 week, and altogether I am down 5.6. I expected to be losing much quicker, does anyone have any words of encouragement or similar stories? Thx Fri, 28 Feb 2014 07:32:13 EST New to Isagenix Hi! My name is Megan and I just started yesterday. I actually thought it was pretty easy. I am excited to get rid of some of this weight I have been collecting. Over the last 3 years I have put on 50 pounds. I am angry at myself because I have gained and lost that 50 pounds 3 times in my life.

I was told about Isagenix by my friend Debi. Thu, 29 Nov 2012 16:59:13 EST New to Isa and starting 9 day cleanse Hi all! I'm new to Isagenix and will be starting the 9-day cleanse after Thanksgiving. I wanted to introduce myself. I'm a 31 (too close to 32) year old new mother to a 10-month old little boy. I live in western Wisconsin. In addition to the jump start on weight loss, I'm really looking forward to the increased energy and restorative sleep that Isagenix provides. Tue, 13 Nov 2012 21:44:48 EST Meal Plans Hi Everyone!

I'm new to Isagenix and just hit Day 5 of the 30 day program. I am having a really hard time with this since there wasn't much detail as what could be eating for the 400-600 calorie meal. I see that a piece of fruit is able to be eating during this meal, but if not eaten then, could it be had for a morning or after noon snack instead of one of the Isagenix snacks. If someone could share some examples days of eating you have had on this plan, I would really appreciate... Mon, 12 Nov 2012 12:44:00 EST Donating blood on cleanse day? Hi all,
Tomorrow I am scheduled for a blood drive, and I really want to do it. I also want to do a cleanse day tomorrow and Friday.

Has anyone donated blood on a cleanse day? I know most people will say it's not wise, but I just wanted to see if anyone had done it and if they had any advice.

I asked my coach, and she said that I could have a shake after, if I felt like it (I probably will). My main concern is, the technicians watch you after you've finished donatin... Wed, 31 Oct 2012 12:14:28 EST Getting back on the wagon Hi all! I'm a 37-year-old woman in Virginia. I began Isagenix almost a month ago, and did well initially, losing 6 pounds in the first week. Then I tapered off. And then the megastorm hit and I was cooped up in the house and binged on all kinds of food, including Halloween candy! Today I am setting myself right and getting back on track. I have a couple of specific questions, and will send them in separate messages.

Thanks! I enjoy reading everyone's postings.
T Wed, 31 Oct 2012 11:50:30 EST After a week away..... Ok, so I was away all weekend (Thurs-Sun) at a seminar which made sticking to my diet very difficult... Managed to not do TOO much damage throughout the day but a couple of dinners made it through the porous security that is my will power.... Not the end of the world though as I'd been craving a savoury meal and a beer since the start of this 30 day cleanse and it did wonders for my soul if not my waistline.....

Anyway, second cleanse day today and I'm finding it MUCH easier than ... Wed, 24 Oct 2012 11:16:51 EST Cleanse Day I've been dreading this day to a certain degree. I've never been good at the whole cleanse day kind of thing but have made a decision to stick to it this time.....

So far I've had my cleanse for life, an ISA-Snack, my accelerator and a butt load of water.... So far so good but I cannot wait for my first Isa-Delight (chocolate, yumm).

If I make it through the day without collapsing I'll consider it a great success...... Wed, 17 Oct 2012 10:23:21 EST Day 5..... Yeah, so no posts days 2-4 as it was the weekend and I was doing everything I possibly could to avoid cheating on my ISAGENIX program......

Managed to get through the weekend without any huge blowouts, only 1 glass of red and a couple of stolen pieces of cheese and hotdog from my kid's plate.

Stepped on the scale this morning and was down 7lbs from last weight in on Wednesday. Wow. Couple of good workouts, strictly adhering to the plan and seeing results quickly. I like ... Mon, 15 Oct 2012 09:49:49 EST And so it begins.... Day 1 After a gigantic 5 guys (burgers and fries) and Pizza (Pepperoni, mushroom and sausage) "last day before cleanse" and 2 beers to wash it all down I started my ISAGENIX 30 day cleanse and weight loss system today. I'm going to try and write about my experience 3-4 times a week to keep myself motivated and informed. I've never done this type of system before and have had several patients express a lot of positive impressions of it so I thought I'd give it a go before bringing the products into ... Thu, 11 Oct 2012 16:18:45 EST My 9 day Detox is on the way I've never done Isagenix before but after seeing some amazing before/after pics and the testimonials of not only weight loss but more energy I felt I had to give it a try. I am starting with the 9 day detox and then hopefully if i like it, will do a 30 day program. It's expensive but if i lose weight and get that energy it will be well worth it!! hope this team is active because i'd like to check in and get advice if needed. Good luck and health to all of us! Sat, 6 Oct 2012 21:13:51 EST Shake question Since the weather is getting colder Brrrrrrrr I was wondering if you can heat up theIsagenix shakes (hot chocolate)? Thanks Thu, 20 Sep 2012 14:00:18 EST New Shakes??? Has anyone tried the new shakes yet? How's your experience been with them? Add more water b/c they do get thicker then the other shakes and drink more water with the higher fiber content you'll need it. If it's difficult for you to digest try just 1 scoop for the 1st week then add more as your body starts to adjust to the new shakes!
I haven't tried them yet but will tomorrow morning...hoping the vanilla is better since I didn't care for the other vanilla one! Wed, 19 Sep 2012 22:18:16 EST Day 5 First Timer Hi, I'm doing a 2 week cleanse right now but I bought the 30 day kit. I haven't lost any weight yet, but I'm passing up lots of food easily that I would've eaten before. The shakes keep me full and I'm snacking on almonds and fresh carrots/peppers when I need to crunch something.

I am hoping to lose something by the end of my 2 weeks! I wanted to use this cleanse to jump-start my Fall and put myself back into my priority list. Wed, 29 Aug 2012 11:33:20 EST Question After completing the 30 day program, do you have to continue doing a deep cleanse 4 times a month? Tue, 28 Aug 2012 14:52:37 EST I'm new & on Day 3 Hi everyone,

I just started the 30 day program on Sat 8/25/12 and so far so good. The Ionix Supreme didn't taste bad at all. I initially added 6oz of water and that was really watery so my sponsor suggested I use 4oz of water instead and that tasted pretty good.

On Day 1 for my shake I mixed mango with the chocolate shake and that was awful. I drank it anyway. For my second shake, I heard adding peanut butter tasted great. That didn't taste good either (I used vanilla sh... Thu, 21 Jun 2012 10:13:55 EST New and on day 4 Lost 3 lbs, in 4 days. I find it hard to eat the small meal mid day, I have a small lo cal salad with protein and a little fruit with my family. I am waiting for the energy part to kick in, I want to exercise in my mind but need to start a routine. I was thinking of doing my 1st cleanse over 2 days to give myself a jump start. I am on the 30 day. What do you think? Sun, 20 May 2012 06:27:47 EST Introducing myself Hi everyone! My name is Isabel. I have been using Isagenix for a very long time but have not followed the program correctly so I have not lost the weight I need to loose. I weigh 230 lbs and I need to loose about 80lbs. I joined Sparkpeople a long time ago and completely stopped. Still weigh the same. I thought since I already use Isagenix that I would join this group for support. Wed, 2 May 2012 19:11:43 EST Cleanse Days I find that I just cannot do the 2 cleanse days. I'm up and about, constantly on the go. When I do the cleanse I'm overly moody and that's putting it nicely. Not to mention feeling ill. And I know that's how to know it's working... Anyways, question is does anyone else take a "shot" (that's what my mother calls it) of the cleanse every day?

If so, do you feel that it works for you? Mon, 30 Apr 2012 14:47:29 EST to Isagenix/Day1 I thought I would introduce myself to the group. I've watched some friends post results on FB regarding Isagenix and I thought I'd give it a whirl. We've been living in a hotel for 2 months and it has been awful on my health...physically and mentally. We finally found a home in this outrageous hyper inflated market and hope to move in 3 weeks! My husband was transferred out here, and it has been a tough adjustment on all of us.

I figured that trying Isagenix would help me get... I'm very excited about the wellness I'm going to experience!

Would appreciate input from any of the more seasoned Isagenix people on what they eat for food-food, whether it be any snacks or the main meal.

Thanks!
Lori Tue, 20 Mar 2012 22:17:06 EST Cleanse and Antibiotic? I shake at breakfast and supper, and eat a balanced lunch and 2 snacks per day, and l drink lots of water. I'm hoping this all goes away soon. Can anyone give me some tips on how to get through this feeling? Sat, 25 Feb 2012 09:04:17 EST Need to focus and need help! Hello! I am so happy I found my way back to Sparkpeople and found an Isagenix group!! I started Isagenix in December 2011 and quite honestly haven't been doing great, only down 10lbs in 2 months - my fault. I find myself getting bored very easily and then on a path of self destruction for a day or two before I get back on track. Obviously if I'm going to do that it's a big waste of money!! I'm new I'm new to the team (and to SparkPeople) but I've been on Isagenix since April. I did really well the first few months, but have been struggling for the rest. I've lost a total of 45 lbs so far, but unfortunately I've been at that for months. I'm struggling to motivate myself to work as hard as I did the first few months - but I still have a lot more weight to lose. I guess my biggest problem is that I'm a college student - so roommates, parties, going out to dinner, and alcohol have been hin... Wed, 22 Dec 2010 23:22:37 EST New, starting 30 day cleanse next week Hi,

I'm a 28 year old woman who has had weight problems for a while. My current goal is to lose 50 pounds.

I have been lackadasically using Isagenix for about a month (I keep going off of the shakes), but plan to start a 30 day cleanse next week (Sunday or Monday).

I decided to join Spark people so I could find more information on how to use Isagenix correctly and make the cleanse work for me. Fri, 10 Dec 2010 18:27:24 EST Favorite Isagenix Recipes and Products So I've just finished up a month of Isagenix and I'm getting ready to do my next 30 day cleanse. I've got the basic products, Accelerator, Flush, Chocolate and Vanilla shakes, want more energy (grape) and Ionix Supreme. I'm not a big fan of the Snacks so I'm ordering some IsaDelight Chocolates.

Scrolling through the site there seem to be a lot of different products that are available to me. My friend introduced me to Isagenix and today is my first Pre-Cleanse day. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical when I was first told about this product but after talking to several people who used it and doing a little online research, I found many success stories. I'm looking forward to completing this 9-day cleanse and then moving on to the 30-day program.

Can't wait to hear about other peoples' experience and meet others who are using the products.
... Mon, 29 Nov 2010 20:26:01 EST How to handle the unhealthy comments I was wondering how you handle it when people look at your nutrition tracker and see that you are having a shake for 2 meals a day or even worse your cleanse days and tell you that you are being unhealthy. Or not to follow a crash diet. Im constantly telling people both on spark and in the world that its a nutritional cleansing system and Im getting all the nutrients that I need. That when I do it it works and keeps me on track. Sure I went off of it for a year but only gained 10lbs of the 3... Mon, 29 Nov 2010 17:37:12 EST What is your favorite 400 calorie natural meal? I am looking for several meal ideas the more natural the better.

Even if it is not a natural recipie, anything would help as I will be doing isagenix for the next six weeks and will need plenty of good ideas for what to eat.

I am not much of a cook so the more ideas the better. I am willing to try anything, and I am sure that there are many others who would love a place to come to find healthy meals and add more too. Sun, 28 Nov 2010 18:07:57 EST I need a coach! I need to follow this program stricktly from Monday to December 26th. I am leaving on vacation on December 27th.

Can anyone help me out and give me some support so I can succeed this time around. Sun, 28 Nov 2010 02:39:25 EST New to the team I weighed 105 lbs, 26 years ago, when I got married in 1984(small build, 5'3"). I retained about 5 pounds with each pregnancy, and added an additional 2 lbs a year. Gradually, I got up to 145 lbs by 1998, but, lost 20 lbs, very slowly (over 9 months) by walking briskly an hour a day, 6 days a week, and watching closely what I ate. Was a lot of work!

Began gaining it back, slowly. Then, it 2002, I developed MS (multiple sclerosis). I've had to go on steroids to combat MS flares... Sat, 20 Nov 2010 17:09:49 EST Getting started So I've been reading about isagenix on this site and others. How do you find a rep in your area? Also I've seen people mention coaches, is your rep your coach? How does that work, despite there being lots of info about the products on the website, there isn't lots of info about buying it and using it. Tue, 26 Oct 2010 00:02:22 EST IsaFlush Hey everyone. I just started Isagenix about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I've lost about 7 lbs so far, and I love the products :) I feel great. But I always forget to take the IsaFlush before bed! What are your opinions- do you think it helps a lot to take it? (Even if you're already pretty regular, if you know what I mean). Also, have you noticed if it makes much of a difference for weight loss if you have your 400-600 cal meal at lunchtime or dinnertime? I started again yesterday with my first day of cleansing and I am down two pounds today. I am cleansing again today and will be on a shake day tommarrow and the next few days. My only hard part is sticking to the shake day calories on weekends when my husband cooks. He is diabetic so they are not sugarry foods but he cooks a lot of meat and meat is high in calories. Tue, 20 Jul 2010 10:33:16 EST Just curious.. ...How??? I am just curious how everyone has been doing on their isagenix and what kind of program they follow and what kind of results you have had with it. I wish this group was more active Mon, 19 Jul 2010 01:58:13 EST hello I have a friend who is trying to get me started on this Isagenix. I am thinking about doing the 30 day plan and then I found this on Spark, so I may read the forums and ask more questions and then make up my mind. Sat, 17 Jul 2010 19:11:45 EST Let the Cleansing Begin Okay, so I am doing my second round of cleanse days and am trying to do 2 days (I caved last time and ate a regular dinner). Day 1 good so far (it is only 8:30 am hehehe) I got in an hour run and had my Cleanse For Life. It didn't taste quite as bad this time so maybe I am less toxic after a month and a half of Isagenix, even if I haven't followed it perfectly. I used the liquid this morning because I have an open bottle but will try the powder this afternoon.
Is anyone else cleansing t... Mon, 5 Jul 2010 19:10:36 EST timing of shakes and supplements Do you take your liquid supplements ..the daily cleanse and the other one in the bottle...dont remember the name right now...and you pill supplements, the the flush one and the fat burner one...( sorry i dont have the names in front of me) in the morning at the same time as you drink your shake??? How can they all be taken on an empty stomach. I need to get up and out of the house in 30 - 45 mins so I have no time to "wait".. and it says to drink the shake with in 10 mins of making it.... <BR... Mon, 5 Jul 2010 19:03:06 EST Isagenix Supplements I've recently begun taking the Isagenix essentials for Women and the antioxidants. One of them says to take 5 a day and the other, 3 a day. Wed, 30 Jun 2010 22:14:43 EST Hello Just wanted to say hello to everyone - first time poster here! I've been using Isagenix for a few months although not following the plan. I've decided it's time to buckle down - I really want to see results and know that Isa will get me there if I allow it to. I'm hoping that the support here on SP will help keep me on track. So, ahead of time, thank-you to everyone's postings!

Rachel Tue, 29 Jun 2010 13:07:32 EST Cleanse Day 2 I have been on Isagenix for almost a month and have lost about 4 lbs with the shakes, and that not so strict. I love the shakes and the IsaLean Bars which are easier IMO to take for lunch at work than messing around with a shake. This weekend I am doing my first cleanse - Day 1 was yesterday and it went well. I wasn't terribly hungry although this morning (Day 2) I am ravenous...enough to almost say the heck with it and have a shake.
Two questions for those who have done cleanse days: <... Sun, 27 Jun 2010 07:29:15 EST Not much progress... I'm new to isagenix and started June 7th, two weeks into the program. From all the great things I've heard about the 30 day program, I was anticipating dropping a big chunk of weight after two weeks. So far, it's only been 2-3lbs. My weight seems to fluctuate daily. Sometimes I have lost, sometimes I have gained it back. I am diligently watching and counting each calorie and honestly sticking to no more than 600 calories. I've even skipped my evening shake twice now just to reduce any c... Tue, 22 Jun 2010 22:59:01 EST Disappointing first week on 30-day cleanse ARGH! I was hoping to really kick-start my body into losing fat and thought I was on my way. Started 30-day on the 14th. By the 18th, I was down 5.6 lbs. and 1.5 inches on my waist. Today, was my day 8 weigh-in and measurements. Weight loss: 1 lb. That's it!!! And measurements were virtually the same. What gives? It was so hard to stay motivated today. Did OK but I wasn't a Monk. Tomorrow is deep cleanse for me so maybe I'll get my mojo back. Just venting. Thanks for listening. Tue, 22 Jun 2010 22:44:38 EST Back to Isagenix after year lapse! Hi all,
I'm not "new" but I haven't been here in awhile. I did Isagenix for 6 months and lost 60 pounds ...then got lazy and over the last year gained 30 back. So I'm back "on the wagon" as of 5 days ago and am looking forward to dropping the weight again!

I SHOULD have done the "maintenance" program, (ie a shake in the am and a cleanse day 2x a month) but I completely abandoned Isagenix and went back to old habits. It's time to get serious and make a REAL change in the way I... Fri, 11 Jun 2010 20:00:11 EST Down 5 pounds in ONE DAY - THANK YOU CLEANSING I just did one day of cleansing and lost 5 pounds. I just did 4 weeks of the isagenix day and night cleanse program.
I did 4 oz cleanse in the morning, then wait just over an hour, 2 scoop shake, about 500 calories for lunch, 2 scoops shake for dinner, then 2 hours later 4 ounces cleanse and did at least 45 min of exercise everyday.
I only lost 2 pounds each week.
2 years ago when I did Isagenix I was loosing 6-9 pounds a week, what am I doing wrong????? Fri, 4 Jun 2010 23:57:01 EST Hi All! Hi everyone. I have been on a long hiatus from SparkPeople and decided it's time to come back. I recently became aware of Isagenix products and went through my first 30 day program over a month ago...I must say that I wasn't very good at staying on track so I didn't lose much weight. I am ready to start back again, this time sticking to the plan and letting the product do it's job. I'm on a modified (sped up) 30 day program.I did five shake days, then two cleanse days, now doing another five shakes days and will keep repeating that pattern I think. At first I lost a pound a day - it was very encouraging. On my cleanse days, I still only lost a pound a day - no big losses for me on cleanse days, though I cheated not at all. The problem is, after my cleanse, I've stayed steady. I'm on my third shake day since my cleanse and holding. I'm having only a... I don't mind this at all, I think this way I'm incorporating the program into my life. In the beginning I did not really cleanse - tried a couple times and gave in by lunch. The last few weeks, I've been cleansing on Mondays and I've been following a strict schedule of drinking my cleanse, eating my snacks, couple almonds and 1 isadelight. I'm doing a cleanse... Mon, 12 Apr 2010 15:59:05 EST Hello I've lost 35 lbs on Isagenix and am thrilled with that. I still have fifteen to go and have been lazy with my commitment to it. I'm joining this to keep myself honest! Starting today! Mon, 5 Apr 2010 08:57:17 EST All Isagenix My Isagenix team has decided to a month of all Isagenix. We're going to eat nothing but Isagenix and see how it makes us feel. Does anybody have any experience with a day, week, or month of eating exclusively Isagenix products? Can anyone provide additional information on this approach?
Thanks, Moe Thu, 25 Feb 2010 09:58:53 EST Too much water on cleanse days? I had read that to maximize the results on the cleanse days you have to drink as much water as you can. It seemed to be working for awhile, but the last 2 weeks I haven't been having the same results and I'm drinking even more water. I drink around 20 glasses of water a day on my 2 cleanse days. Could this be too much? I am constantly going to the bathroom every hour so it's not staying in my body. I have gone from losing 5 pounds in my 2 cleanse days down to 2 1/2 on the 2 days. Wed, 10 Feb 2010 13:36:20 EST Intro time Hi all, I'm about 6 weeks into my latest effort to work on my nutrition and diet. I found Isgenix through my massage therapist. She's a runner who is always looking for ways to improve her fitness and performance.

I've lost about 7 pounds, I'm so happy to just be losing something that I'm thrilled. This post is for information purposes only, because a lot of people have been buying Isagenix from eBay and other "non-compliant" overpriced sources.

The cheapest way to purchase Isagenix is to become an associate or preferred customer and set up an autoship.
You will be saving hundreds of dollars a month by doing that and it will only cost you the initial sign up fee of $19/ year.
If you have an associat... Wed, 11 Nov 2009 12:55:02 EST We are NOT gaining weight this holiday season! This topic is for those who wants to join in and continue with their cleansing routine this holiday season.
I have decided not to give in and to continue to lose weight. It might not be easy this time of the year, but it's definitely worth it!
The greatest thing about Isagenix is that we can still have all those great dinners with our families and just jump right into cleanse day after that.

So, who's in and what are your goals this holiday season?
Tue, 10 Nov 2009 11:55:04 EST Plateau Just wondering if this is normal, during the week I seem to stay at the same weight all throughout the days I'm not cleansing, then I do a two day cleanse and lose a pound. Is this normal? I work out 3 days a week on the elliptical and burn around 410 calories/workout and I don't cheat during my non-cleanse days, is there something more I can be doing? Cutting down on my calories more even though I do exactly what they tell me to do, 2 shakes and a 400-600 calorie meal? The only extra cal... Mon, 9 Nov 2009 12:05:48 EST Can you do a daily cleanse AND a deep cleanse? I'm reading some possibly conflicting information from Isagenix about daily cleansing vs. deep cleansing. It seems to say that you can do both so I'm wondering how much is too much. Can you add the cleanse drink twice daily for 5 days and then do a deep 2 day cleanse in the same week? I'm a little confused on how it is written as they don't present it as an either/or. Mon, 2 Nov 2009 17:48:23 EST Tea on cleansing days? I really love the taste of it. It gave me alot of energy Which honestly I am surprised at.

I do notice tho that I feel like Munching and I think its honestly because I'm bored tonight I have nothing to do! But I don't feel like I'm starving and I MUST eat!

I can't wait! for the feeling I get tomorrow! Sun, 18 Oct 2009 19:34:45 EST Pudding Ok so my friend is doing Isagenix and is coming up with great ideas. I love it. She told me the other day to take the shake mix and put just a little bit of water in it. Make it really thick, like a pudding consistancy. She then divides it into 2 portions. So you are having a pudding snack with the benefits of Isagenix. Has anyone tried this yet? Wed, 7 Oct 2009 19:19:14 EST isagenix 101 Have been hearing a lot about this product.. but I have some really blunt questions that I would like some very truthful, blunt answers..
Cleansing.. Is that just a nice way to say "poop a lot?" I see people saying they "cleansed" and then lost 4 pounds.. That's pretty easy to do if you take a diuretic.
Would really like a very honest rundown of this program. The idea appeals to me.. and I've heard positive feedback... Just want to get past the "PC" words and call it what it is ... Wed, 30 Sep 2009 23:03:10 EST October Isagenix University Anybody else is going? I was wondering if anyone else has tried this and if so what results did you see. Do you recommend the whole day cleanse or daily. Thanks Wed, 23 Sep 2009 01:30:28 EST Advice for starting.. Hello All! I'm new to Isagenix and need some help. A colleague at work recommended Isagenix and so I signed up to receive the shakes and protein powder. Any great advice/encouragement for getting started? How did you all begin? I've read alot of comments about cleanses but h... Thu, 17 Sep 2009 02:37:55 EST New to the Sparkpeople message boards! I am planning to have my meal at lunch and am wondering if I can break it up into two smaller snacks instead of 1 600 calorie meal. Does anyone ever eat more than the 600 calorie meal? The two shakes are only 400ish calories so it seems like 1000 calories a day...Any feedback would be awesome!
