I"m 115 now and eat a lot of red meat and fat. I'm starving when I eat chicken, even when I eat the dark portions and leave the skin on. Sun, 7 Feb 2010 15:08:21 EST Hi I'm new but not to T-Tapping! http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x16058x31409213 I bought Theresa Tapp's book 5 years ago and never looked back! But I was not doing the work outs consistently as I was also into Yoga's, Pilates' and Tae Kwon Doe's DVDs. That changed at the end of 2009.

Suddendly last August I was unable to walk anymore and just started again at the beginning of December so I'm grateful to be able to train at all in 2010! It's a God send that I knew of T-Tapping as this program is great for rehabilitation which I really needed.

I jus... Mon, 25 Jan 2010 19:12:07 EST Hi, new to T-Tapp http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x16058x31324679 Hi all, I'm so excited to get started T-Tapping regularly. I'd love to hear from any former cardio queens out there who switched to T-Tapp. I am used to doing 45 min -1 hour of cardio (Spin, treadmill, stairmaster, etc.) so switching to T-Tapp is a little scary but I am so inspired by the stories.

I am getting older and come from a family history of obesity and thyroid issues, and no amount of hardcore exercise seems to help anymore, so I am thrilled to find T-Tapp. I have gotten f... Fri, 22 Jan 2010 16:45:58 EST Hi http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x16058x31277714 Hi! Im new to spark but have done t-tapp off and on for awhile. Im wondering how to track my workout for my strength training/cardio. I am doing a 10 day bootcamp with total body. My thyroid has been an issue for many years and it is good to see that others have had success with t-tapp. I look forward to hearing from anyone who can help. I have heard of the T Tapp program before and was always interested in trying.

Well I found a copy of "Fit and Fabulous in 15 minutes" today at my local Marshall's for...only...$2.99!!!

Of course I bought it! I am officially starting tomorrow and hope to see great results.

I would like to lose 20-30 lbs, and be all around healthier and a great example for my daughter! Thu, 14 Jan 2010 20:25:03 EST I'm so glad I found this team!! http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x16058x30769972 Hey all! I'm so glad I found this team. I started t-tapp about 3 weeks ago and have been kind of on and off. I've hurt a muscle in my back/shoulder/neck on one side so I'm kind of doing some things from BWO+ and skipping the ones that are causing me pain right now. I know my form is awful, so I've gone back to instructional tape one and keep rewatching it to see how Theresa and the others are doing the routine. I can't wait to see if others have been successful with T-tapp.

... Mon, 4 Jan 2010 21:36:51 EST Hi all! http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x16058x30670848 I'm Stormimay, a homemaking homeschooling mom of 7 kids, who just really realized that she's fat. I'm kinda slow, apparently. I've tried "working out" plenty, but I have little time and less tolerance for boring, long, and painful routines. My sister is a physical fitness trainer and a weightlifter, but much to her frustration and mine, her style doesn't work for me. I think I can do and keep up T-Tapp. I'm hopeful!
I'm looking forward to getting to know y'all! I have been T-Tapping for over a year now and have been a member of SP since September. I have been frustrated that I don't know how to get credit for T-Tapp in the fitness tracker. I really want to count it as strength training because I also have an ellipitcal machine that I do for cardio. I only bought the Total Workout DVD set and have been doing the 55 minute total workout three days a week since last January. I was really hoping to learn how to plug each of ... I've moved up from the T-Tapp More basic workout to the T-Tapp More Home workout and it is absolutely harder, and I can see that it is a mid-point to transition to the Basic Workout. I wonder if my legs will hold out though, as they feel extraordinarily fatigued. I wonder, has anyone tried the Pyruvyl Glycine to help with their workou... In fact, I feel like I've done an entirely different workout - one that I might have never gotten to without her instruction. If you want to hear about that more in detail, I posted a blog entry on my page.

All I can say is "wow" ... if you can find a trainer in your area, or can work with one virtually, I think it is 100% worth it, at least based on my experience. I started T-Tapp earlier this year, went strong, and fizzled out. I loved it while I was doing it, but got lazy. Last week after a routine physical, I was told my blood sugar is a little high and now I'm pre-diabetic. YIKES!

I decided to start seriously again and watch what I eat, and hopefully in February when I retest, my blood sugar will be normal again. I enjoy the bwo and the two, but sometimes I just like to do the walking videos. I haven't done it long enough yet, consistantly, to see what the results may be. Anyone been there?
thanks! Sure the book sounds great, don't all work out books and programs, so I thought I could get real answers from real people here on this forum. I'm Sarah, and I just joined this team. I've been reading about T-Tapp from the T-Tapp web site. I just ordered the book and am eager to get started when it comes. I do better with videos to guide me and I understand that there is a video that comes with the book. Do you have recommendations for which additional DVDs I should purchase to go with the book?

I've been at a plateau for months now, so I am hoping that T-Tapp will "shake things up" and help me lose some inches even ... You all probably think I'm very fickle (and sometimes I am!), but I am back to stay for a while now. I stopped tapping for quite a while due to a foot injury that was exacerbated by my T-tapp stance. I've since gotten some advice from the T-Tapp web site, and I just started again today with Instructional #1! Gosh it feels great to tapp again! I actually started doing PBS and Hoe Downs about a week ago to see how my foot would do, and it's OK. I'm glad to be back!! I started using it in 2003 and went to the retreat in 2004. After the retreat, my thyroid blew up and I gained weight and just kind of let myself go. Now I'm back to it and wondered it there wouldn't be a group of tappers here. I continued off and on and have bought the newest workouts so I definitely believe in the program.

I'm Brenda, 47, married for nearly 27 years with two adult kids.
