Sat, 23 Apr 2011 00:45:27 EST Making things stick for a lifetime!! Hello, my name is Jennette. I have a weight loss of goal of 75 lbs. I have been down this road before. In 2008, I achieved my weight loss goal(lost 110lbs) and was doing pretty well. Then, I lost my job, and went into a period of depression, during which I gained over half of the weight back. That was a dark time for me, it seemed as if food was my only friend. Now, I have a new attitude and new focus. I realize that I am definitely an emotional eater, and I spend everyday fighting tho... Hello everyone!
I am looking for me.
I lost myself somewhere along the road of life, but I'm pretty sure I'm still here, buried inside these 20 pounds of excess fat and cellulite. I admit I worked hard to put on those extra pounds - hours of sitting on the couch watching reruns of Judge Judy, peering into an almost empty fridge during commercial breaks for something to 'nibble' on. Fridge is practically empty - ahhhh, jars of peanut butter and jam. No bread? No problem. I have a... Sat, 24 Jul 2010 08:26:12 EST Hi Everyone Well Hello everyone from Southern Ohio. Wed, 28 Jan 2009 22:56:25 EST How are you persevering through failure Persevering through failure

Of course try, try again, but when you don't succeed at something it's best not to beat yourself up or hold yourself to an unrealistic standard of achievement. Most problems involve steps to their solution, and solving each step along the way IS an accomplishment. If you become discouraged during your weight...
