SparkPeople Curves Smart Workout Team Messageboard For all Curves members who are on the Smart Workout System and GOING FOR GREEN! SparkPeople Curves Smart Workout Team Messageboard Hello new almost member Well joining in December it's my goal for 2018. Is it the right decision for traveling 20 miles to the studio
Guess we will see .i was a member about 5 years ago it worked but I just dropped out
That's my MO join drop gain
So after fighting more weight gain it's a must.
Fri, 17 Nov 2017 09:08:43 EST Curves Complete Is anyone doing Curves Complete? If so do you log your food on their website or on spark? I just started the Curves complete and will do it for 3 months. However, I'm finding their website extrememly slow when logging food and I'm very confused trying to log food. So far I don't like how the meal plan is put together. I know it can be changed but seems more of a hassle. Sparkpeople's food diary seems so much easier. Just curious as to what others thought about it. Wed, 20 Aug 2014 16:52:02 EST New Machines & March Workout! So we got our new machines almost two weeks ago. And whoa. Some of them are a LOT harder and some of them are easier. Some are also the same. The first couple times were frustrating, but now that I've gotten used to them, it seems normal again. We're having problems with our Curves Smart though. They had to send back all the sensors because it wasn't working right... that's been a bummer. Oh! And our stepper wouldn't read the right heart rate! It's always in the 80s. So they're gett... Thu, 6 Mar 2014 10:55:48 EST February- New Jillian routine So how do you like it? It was really, really hard for me. I think I will have to modify until I build up some strength. Some of the ladies thought this month's was easier. side planks! Mountain climbers! My arms today are still wiggly. Tue, 4 Feb 2014 12:20:27 EST Do you work out when you have a cold? I caught a cold last week and have not been to Curves because I did not want to expose any members to my germs. What do you do if you can't go out to keep in shape. I have been in bed 3 days and am very week and frustrated about the set back! Feel weak and no weight lost even though eating MUCH less! Wed, 29 Jan 2014 14:35:57 EST Great to be aboard! I am a happily employed and healthy great grandmother! Lots of enegy and lots of weight to lose. I am trusting Curves and Sparkpeople to help me reach a goal of 20 pounds off by May 1.
Work hours do not let me do Jillian's classes but the 11 machines are great and I already notice a difference in energy levels after only a week. Good luck to us as we travel through the Curves plan! Cheers!! Thu, 23 Jan 2014 18:12:35 EST What excercises do you do to supplement Curves? I just feel that some muscles are being ignored. Although with Jillian, it feels like my whole body is twitching. I've started adding plain old sit ups since my lower stomach (dang those kids!) is still my weak spot. Thu, 23 Jan 2014 12:10:51 EST New to Team Hi! Let's see. I'm new. I joined Curves last April. I did Curves Complete for three months. Kind of took a break in November and December and am now back in the swing of things. And I've done Jillian Michaels! I'll post about that in another section.

Cheri Wed, 8 Jan 2014 21:45:04 EST Jillian Michaels is changing Curves??? So as I was working out this morning, the owner told us she had some exciting news. She said that a lot will be changing soon and that Jillian Michaels is teaming up with Curves. She said I will love it, but I've seen Jillian's workouts and they scare me! Anyone else hear about this?? Sat, 16 Nov 2013 16:14:44 EST Hi Sparkies! My name is Mary Catherine. I live in Pittsburgh. I am so thrilled to be on Spark People and sparking. Good luck to all of you on reaching your goals. Dont hesitate to send spark mail to me and I will try to answer each and every one. I've been on SP for some time - mostly for the tools and the articles - and my weight has come back. After two very stressful years, I am committing to lasting change. I used the "free week" that popped up on SP and am now starting Curves Smart (as of this past Monday). Between CS and being very watchful of my eating, I have started to see a slight decrease in my weight - so am very happy about that. One thing I've noticed at my Curves is the friendly atmosphere - the "everyone knows your nam... Sun, 8 Aug 2010 10:52:00 EST Cost of Curves Smart Hi, I have a friend that just joined curves and I was all excited about Curves Smart and told her all about it so she went to her Curves and they were charging $90 for a Curves Smart tag, mine was $25 when buying within my first month of membership and then it would be $50. I was wondering if this varies from gym to gym and what is the average price that y'all are paying?

Thanks,
Christine Sat, 7 Aug 2010 04:57:25 EST New to Curves - Q about tracking on SparkPeople Hi Everyone. I just joined Curves today - loved the workout. Question - is there a way to record the strength training on SparkPeople? Mon, 2 Aug 2010 20:02:43 EST I love Curves Smart :) I have been doing Curves Smart for a few months now and I totally love it, last week I hit 400 calories which is a record for me! The annoying thing though is that you can only use your curves smart at your own curves, I travel away from my home Curves when I am working and I cannot use the Curves Smart there unless I want to buy another tag for that Curves :(

315 Tue, 27 Jul 2010 07:06:06 EST What do the points mean? I just joined Curves on the 6th of May. I had a one week pass and I am now on my way to the Curve Smart program. I saw the demo of the Curve Smart coach and was really impressed. I thought it would be a wonderful way to motivate me. I have 2 out of the 6 workouts done and I am really looking forward to getting my Curve Smart tag. I should be able to receive it on the 24th of May. Yea!!! I will keep my workouts posted on my Spark Page. Thu, 13 May 2010 09:26:21 EST 1st Smart Workout Wow! I did my first workout with the Smart card yesterday and it kicked my butt. I'm thrilled. I tend to be very competetive against myself -- I don't care about beating other people's high scores on games, but I absolutely MUST beat my own. Working for that solid green light triggered that competetive aspect of my personality and made me really push to give it my all. I love this! Wed, 28 Apr 2010 00:38:24 EST Hi I am new to Spark people returning to Curves But new to Curves Smart. A few years ago I lost almost 60 lbs in a little less than a year. I felt great! I joined sparkpeople for the tracking and nutrition info. My goal is to lose the 40lbs by the end of August. I also do yoga and non curves days. Any suggestions?
