I have tried many things to loose weight. Weight Watcher....worked but not for a long period of time because it is too tedious. I tried My Fitness Pal but it reminds me of FB with a weight tracker. The challenge is the nutrition part of it. I have been doing the "drink 8 cups of water a day challenge" I struggle to eat healthy. I eat oatmeal but don't add any sugar or butter and lunch usually varies. But dinner is where I have trouble. And i use to drink a bit. Sat, 23 Jul 2011 23:10:49 EST i'm 38 and i'm new to spark people hello!!! i'm here because of my mom! we weigh the same. i'm 5'3" and she's 5'6". see a problem with that?? i have several issues, including Peri-menopause and my thyroid. i know, cry me a river. i'm not that bad off. i have a great life and i work out a lot. i think my big issue is that i used to workout 5 days a week and now i'm down to 2 or 3. i work 40 hours in 4 days and i dont get enough sleep if i workout when i get home from work. anyone have any suggestions? thank you in a...
