Sat, 30 Jun 2012 22:54:46 EST Hi, I'm new Hi there! I just found this team and we all have this in common - our goal weight is just around the corner!

I'm seeing very steady progress of a pound a week loss and I'd love to find other people who are active and making it happen too!
Mon, 18 Jun 2012 11:53:52 EST Sudden jump toward goal weight Hi, I'm hoping to meet some individuals in similar situations. I went from 182 in Nov 2011 to 144 now. I had a goal of 125lbs but my general doctor nixed that a couple of days ago and told me 20lbs more less would be too much. I have mixed feelings but, for now, I'm going to listen to him. So my goal is 135lbs and I'm only 9 pounds away. I'm trying to just focus on the process now - the regular exercise and the calorie monitoring rather than what the scale says. I guess this is the first tran... Mon, 11 Jun 2012 16:46:54 EST I've lost my 10 pounds! This is such a great resource for information and support for anyone trying to lose weight and get in better shape. When I started my new fitness routine three months ago I couldn't wear any of my suits, couldn't fit into my jeans, and just felt miserable. Today I weighed 130 pounds which I haven't weighed in years. I'm fitting back into all my clothes and I feel great. The one thing that has really helped me is drinking 8 glasses of water every day. I love all the great articles and reading ... Thu, 19 May 2011 11:42:32 EST Accountability Buddy with similar goals??? Hi, my name is K and I am looking for a Spark Buddy! I just am so much better at saying no to treats and yes to exercise if I have to be accountable to someone, so if anyone feels this way too and has similar goals I would love to post to keep each other on track!

I am a 28 year old nurse and a newlywed (my husband has no concept of healthy eating so that is why I am here for support!). I currently am 5'4 and weigh 130 pounds, which is a healthy weight for my height but my jeans ... Sat, 18 Sep 2010 23:18:25 EST What are you willing to cut? So, to get to my goal I'm going to need to cut some calories, and I'm looking at what I'm willing to cut to reach it. Breakfast cereal? Chocolate? Extra salad dressing or pasta sauce? One scrambled egg instead of two? This wouldn't be a forever change, just a short term adaptation til after my wedding. To quote Jamie Eason in my latest Austin Fit magazine, ". . . to get that last little bit of body fat to melt away takes some serious discipline. . . .diet is critical to dropping those l... Thu, 7 Jan 2010 22:53:14 EST Need motivation to get to 115! I've been going up and down from 135-125. Every time I hit 125 I sink back into eating candy, fried foods, and no exercise. blah. I think a tougher goal will help me really stick to a healthier life style. I've been exercising everyday for three weeks now. I'm down to 125, but I so need motivation from others who are trying to get to 115 or below! Sat, 19 Dec 2009 11:57:22 EST Anyone with a weight goal of 115? I'm thinking of starting a team or blog with a weight goal of 115.

Is there anyone else out there with this weight goal who wants some team or blog motivation? Fri, 18 Sep 2009 20:18:38 EST Hello Everyone! Hi Everyone! I've been on sp about a month, but just came accross this team last night. I joined SP to have a healthier lifestyle. I'm hoping to loose 30-40 lbs in the long run, but I'm just taking it one day at a time. Thu, 17 Sep 2009 17:56:54 EST Looking for support from people like me Hello! I am a sparker who has been around for about 9 months. As I head down the finish line (6 lbs. to go) I am finding it more difficult to get compassion from the other boards I am on. Most folks are still too far from finishing to appreciate that 6 lbs. to go can be a challenge! I figure that you guys might be a better fit for me. I don't want to leave those teams but I would like another place to gain encouragement and work through my concerns. Fri, 6 Feb 2009 10:46:56 EST Do you forget you lost it? My little boy took a picture of me yesterday with our digital camera. When he turned it around to show me, it was amazing! I didn't have a double chin anymore. Do you ever forget you lost the weight? Do you walk by a mirror and realize the extra pounds really are gone? Or forget that you need to buy two sizes smaller than last time? Maybe none of you have lost more than the 10 pounds you're planning to lose and this has never happened. I started out with way more than 10, and was so ex... Mon, 11 Feb 2008 09:53:34 EST Post hysterectomy and so hungry! I had a hysterectomy 4 weeks ago tomorrow. I'm just to the point of being able to stand up straight again :) No blue jeans for me for quite a while. I'm finding that I'm so hungry all the time. I lost everything, ovaries and all but am on a good hormone cocktail of 4 different pills a day so I don't think it's my hormones. Has anyone else done this? I've heard the horror stories of people gaining weight like crazy after hysterectomies but I'm only 27 (until the end of the month) and don...
