I joined Sparkpeople in the mid 2010's after my roommate at the time did. I lost a total of 50 lbs over the years, I've gained it all back and then some after getting married in 2015. I love Jesus, but my husband and I are in between churches right now. (It's difficult to visit churches in the middle of a pandemic when restrictions on capacity is in place). I was 225 in college. I know 235 is a realistic goal for a man my age. Then I can talk to a doctor and get check out how much body fat I have. At my age I'm interested in health more than looks. I'll look tall and thin because to be honest that is the way God made me. This fat isn't his plan for my body. And I'm starting to lift weights to help this out a little bit...
