Time to follow a healthy weight loss program. I know how, fruits vegetable, grains etc....but where is an actual plan to follow on Spark People site...I mean literally a diet there one? I get less sleep during the week... I usually get 4-6 hrs/day during the week & 8 plus on the weekend. <BR> <BR> 2. When it 4AM & I'm almost falling asleep, I find that I eat to stay awake (along with drinking a lot of caffeine). If I forget to bring something healthy that usually means that I grab something out of the vending machine... not good. Any ideas on good snacks... Today some random woman switched from having a pop to water after commenting on me getting a large cup of water. How cool is that? My husband is actually eating some healthy meals.
