I love the idea of it tracking fitness minutes with a goal for 1 Billion this year by all members. But it's tracking the things that I logged in December as this year, which is obviously a bug.

Plus I entered a single set of pushups and SparkAmerica considered it 5 minutes. It was 45 seconds. A single set probably never takes more than 2 minutes for anything, yet SparkAmerica is treating them all as 5, and the only option I have is... Well, when we get there, there are only three things on the menu: hamburgers, fries, and hot dogs. It's been a while since I had a burger, and I've been "good" over the entire holiday season. (I've passed up the food days, and I politely avoided the cookies when people make an offer.) So I allowed myself to give... Thu, 1 Nov 2007 23:31:51 EST November 3 and 3 challenge As I went through the last month working hard to get my 20 minutes of cardio a day, and making it most days, I completely neglected any strength training that I had been doing. Cardio is great, but without the strength training our muscles will deteriorate and our metabolism will burn less calories.

Therefore I decided to combine the previous two challenges this month and make it a 6 day challenge. I live in Lincoln Fri, 26 Oct 2007 12:24:22 EST Big calves I have a dilemma. When I was younger, I was a dancer and skater and my calf muscles are very well developed. (the rest of me has squishy fat layer) but anyway I cannot find a pair of knee high boots to fit my calves. I really want a pair to wear with gaucho pants and long skirts but every pair I try on will only zip about 2 inches above the ankle. So any suggestions of exercises I can do to slim down my calves or conversely, do you know where I can buy boots for big-calved women?
... Mon, 22 Oct 2007 18:14:05 EST stormy weather Hi. Tue, 16 Oct 2007 01:56:11 EST What are you doing to celebrate fall? Frolic asked a great question in today's huddle. What are you doing to celebrate fall? Is fall your favorite time of the season?

It's not for me, I prefer Spring, but I love the changing leaves of fall. I celebrate fall by opening the windows and getting as much fresh air as I can before being closed up for the winter. I also love to be able to get out and sit by a fire and roast hot dogs and/or marshmallows. I love sitting by the fire. Finally this year I plan to take a tr... Wed, 26 Sep 2007 22:40:37 EST hi all Well I was MIA again. I will get into this site and then disappear for awhile. I hope to really get back into it and stick with it because I know I need all the motivation I need to lose this weight. I'm starting over, and I will be extremely honest with myself about everything. I have been slacking in every part of my life and due to depression, it's really screwed things up. Over the last two weeks, I've started to get things sorted out and things seem to be going alright for now. I hope al... Wed, 26 Sep 2007 17:20:46 EST I won a bumper sticker!!! Hey, all, I'm SO excited! This is the 2nd time I've seen "bumper sticker" on the wheel, and I actually landed on it! Usually I get one or two points, with the occasional 5 thrown in there.
