My problem is when I take it out of the pan, it leaves the bottom of the loaf in the pan. Instead of pumpkins, I found little sweet pudding squashes that are delish when stuffed with all kinds of good things. I made it for dinner tonight and it was awesome. I did omit the cloves (didn't have any) and added a little extra cilantro. I served it over brown rice.
