I am currently on a maternity leave at home with 2 beautiful girls (2.5yrs, 9mths), while my hubby earns money (hehe). I am turning 30 at the end of February and want to make this year and this new decade of my life, my best one yet, health wise. My father died in 2006 at age 59 from a heart attack because he was extremely obese. I am wanting to ensure I don't do that. Can't wait to start shedding the pounds! I got at least...
