SparkPeople Holistic Health Team Messageboard For people that are interested in, or follow, the Holistic Health / Alternative Medicine philosophies. We believe in nurturing the whole self. SparkPeople Holistic Health Team Messageboard Oh wow Not sure this group is a good fit, it has been a wee bit dormant. I am Angel, a 30 something divorce who is fixing me. Sun, 19 Mar 2017 21:26:59 EST MULTIVIT MIN...Do or Don't??? I eat a VEGAN diet. I eat healthy meals and snacks and supplement my diet with daily supplements. According to the SparkPeople Nutrition Tracker, I fall short of ALL of the recommended daily nutritional goals....EVERY DAY. (If I really concentrate, I can meet some of them daily...) Thu, 7 Jul 2016 18:23:53 EST New to group and to holistic health Hi everyone, my name is Jessica.
I am new to holistic health in that I have never actively tried to heal myself in a holistic manner. I have always been interested and have done lots of research but have never put it to the test! So I am here to learn and experience! Thu, 16 Aug 2012 15:57:13 EST Newbie on board Hey, I'm Joanne. I was scanning all the groups to find one that may include people who are anti-vaccination, that aren't Homeschool or Christian based. Not that I have anything against Homeschoolers or Christians, just that I am neither so joining a group based on those would be silly lol

Anywho- thought I would try here. It seemed like a good place to check anyway lol

I am not 100% holistic. I try to be as pure and as healthy with things as possible. I'm pretty much a... I've been here off and on (on SP that is) for several years, but was a tiny bit disheartened sometimes at a lot of what I saw as a very drug- and non-food-substance bias.

But now I look around, there ARE others like me around who are interested in whole foods, natural approaches to getting and staying healthy, and so on. 252

I have sort of always been "into" fitnes... I am learning about natural living and am the leader of a team called Natural Healing.
