I just turned 24 and have realized that I am not getting any younger -- or prettier -- as time goes on. I really want to turn 25 and be healthy, fit, and happier. I am close to my highest weight ever, and I want to turn things around before I put on more pounds. It's so great to read these forums and see everyone else's success!! I'm able to get up and go to the gym in the AM, however I feel like my workouts are suffering. For example, I was very light headed and could only finished half my lifting for the day when I could easily kick it out at night.
