Mon, 11 Feb 2008 16:29:34 EST Breastfeeding and losing weight So I was curious about losing weight while I'm breastfeeding. I've lost all of my baby weight and since I started working out I'm at 130 and have been stuck there for the last 3 weeks. Does breastfeeding keep you hanging on to some of your weight and make it harder to lose it? I do eat about 300 to 500 extra per the pediatrician to keep my milk supply up but I'm still not losing weight. Any thoughts?

Allison Tue, 5 Feb 2008 18:13:16 EST October 2007 mommas???
