The weeks before heading home I had lost 1.4lbs and 3.2lbs respectively. Over break I am spending monday-thursday at my apartment at school and have been able to work out all of those days. As a college student its very difficult to keep up with things because of my schedule. So far I've made sure I had breakfast. I avoid fried foods and sweets.
