Been on SP for years, only became involved in mid-2015. Here frequently, let me know if I can help in any way.

Just call me Kevin (I'm assuming Grand Poobah, Exaltedness, and Overseer of All Things are already taken...). It would have been four but luckily I had homework do that first day. All this week, I have been exercising almost daily. I want to do at least one more exercise today to get complete the week. One important thing about resolutions is that they tend to be one or two things - not a mountain of goals. They may be something like - get more exercise or lose weight or spend more time without TV. It is the narrowing of the resolution that is important.

So what is your key resolution for the year? I'm travelling from Tuesday this week until Thursday of next week, to the same city for the duration, as I start a new contract. I booked a room in a "suite hotel", with a fridge and microwave in the room, in the hope that I can manage some of my meals from there. This will be a bit of a change from the "fancier" (more stars!) hotels I've been used to in my corporate life when I had an expense account to cover my h...
