I want to stay within my daily allotted calories, but if I add up all the calories in the alcoholic beverages I drink (either red wine or shots of hard alcohol) they add up to about 700. I'm sure I'm not alone when I'm saying that one of my struggles with dieting and weight management is in connection with nights out and my weekend social life. <BR> I don't drink excessively, but I have a couple and always try to work out the next day to make up for it. <BR> Do you struggle with it too? I. class and History class I can study with the tv on or playing music. I had psychology in my first year and I learned you remember things better if you are almost in the same environment you learned them in. So I've tried to study like it would be in the test. I find I need to munch on SOMETHING when studying, so I always have a bag of sunflower seeds around. It's 145 calories but it takes me so long to eat and makes me thirsty, so more water! Anyway, it's getting bland as are mini bags of 94% fat free popcorn. And higher calorie snacks trigger binges for me, which totally kill my studying mentality, haha.
