How do you stay on your plan during the weekends. I find this to be the hardest times. I plan my food very carefully during the week and only pack enough to get me through the day. I also try to avoid carrying cash so that I don't hit up the vending machines! But when the weekend comes around, I feel like I deserve a treat.
