I don't know how to up my protein (which I usually fall very short of) without upping that fat. At my gym, there is one of those glider rowing machines where you are pushing off with your legs, too. I can't find an exercise for logging that is rowing but not just stationary. They start out by showing calories burned just to sustain life, then the more you burn throughout the day (walking, climbing stairs, working out, etc) the amount you can eat goes up. I'm trying to stay within my calorie range I have set here. So should I eat back those calories or maybe just adjust my range here at SP... I've been gone a *long* time -- after losing 90 lbs I was able to get pregnant after years of trying! My baby is now 6 months old, and I've gained back about 30 of the pounds I lost; it's time to get back into healthy habits.
