I have a question about counting points for a homemade smoothie. I am following the Weight Watchers Points Plus from home program. My question is... if I use all fruits that are "power foods" in my smoothies, do I count the milk only that I use? Example: 1 Mango, 2 cups of fresh pineapple, 1 banana, 2 cups of coconut milk, do I count the points for the milk only since all power fruits are free? By the way, this made two smoothies. I am confused lol. In fact on Sunday, I had eaten 32 points (exactly my old daily allowance in points) and it was equivalent to 32 PP (whereas my new daily allowance is 44 PP). I love to find useful tools. I was in Williams and Sonoma and found a silicone plastic baby food keeper with a cover that you can freeze 4 ounces of meat or whatever you want. I would freeze meat in the 6 separate containers and they would pop easily to be stored in a plastic bag and labeled in the freezer. I also bought a rice cooker that i found i can make stuffed shells in 20 minutes to have for the whole week. Anyone find any interesting ways to use their appliances?
