Tue, 11 Oct 2011 21:18:20 EST IDEA for Walking I wanted some kind of incentive to walk. (Or Exercise) I hate it. Last year at this time I decided to get a AAA TripTik from my house to Graceland. I planned on doing a virtually walk 972 miles. For each mile walked I place $1 in a savings account. My goal was to walk it in 1 yr. Unfortunately I got bursitis twice in the hip and had to go to PT. Sun, 14 Oct 2007 09:36:28 EST Hi, I am another newbie Hi to everyone else who joined Sparkspeople this week. I didn't even know that such a wonderful site existed. The past couple of days I have spent trying to find my way around the website. I am not sure if I am posting this in the right area or not. I have a question. I see that there are people who have a picture of themself as they appear now (looks kind of like a cut out paper doll) and then another picture of how they think they will look when they reach their goal.
