SparkPeople Wacky Walkers Team Messageboard Newbie here! Hi fellow walkers! Before COVID hit I was a server in a very busy restaurant. My FitBit would show anywhere from 17k-24k steps after each shift. Now, not so much. I care for my MIL, who is in a nursing home. I also care for my Mom - who is still pretty healthy - at home and we walk our neighborhood (2-3 miles) and/or work out 5-6 days a week. I also meet up with a friend and fellow caregiver once a week for a longer walk (4-5 miles) at least once a week.
