One of the reasons I left SP was that I was overwhelmed by trying to keep track of everything. Been going to the gym and committed since Oct 2013, made much progress, and my weight remains the same, yet I am down an entire jean size, and that is getting looser. Enter the tape measure. It's hard to say see ya to the scale even if just a while. Sometimes it's just more gratifying to see a weight loss show up on the scale quicker than dropping a pant size which takes much longer. It measured body fat as well as kept your personal profile on it! It just fell apart...the base was mostly plastic and the plate was glass but it seemed "glued" together and just came apart. For example- I weigh 156 lbs, and will do the stepper for 25 minutes- it only gives me 180 calories burned, the machine says some where around 250 and a website says 265.9. I just want to know why there is such a huge discrepancy? Has anyone else noticed this? ...
