Have been here several years. Am looking for an exercise buddy to go to the YMCA with me. I was faithful in going for around 3 months and then became seriously ill in December and just havn't been able to get my 'groove' back since then. Wed, 9 Jul 2008 07:40:41 EST Fit TV Does anyone do any of the workouts on the FitTV channel? I tried to do Total Body Sculpt with Gilad and it is pretty good but usually puts too much strain on my knee. (i have a bad knee) I tried to do Shimmy (the belly dancing) and it looks great on TV but I just can't get the moves down. I just look like an idiot trying to do that. I do like Namaste Yoga. Cardio blast is a good workout too. I haven't done the Core Max yet but I did record one so I will try it soon. <BR> <BR> If anyone else...
