I just wanted to say that I am on day 2 and feel like I am doing well!! Yesterday, I drank 7 glasses of water...and nothing else!! That is 7 more glasses of water than I EVER drink!! LOL i usually drink tea and soda, and I must admit, I feel better without all of that extra sugar in my system.
