Now if I am wanting to cut out 1000 calories a day by eating less and exercising. How many calories should I eat a day? I was trying to look it up last night online but only further confused myself. I know that my BRM is how many calories my body needs to survive if I were to stay in bed all day and do nothing, so if I plan on burning 1000 calories a day does that mean I need to eat 2887 calories a day? For those of you who believe in the occasional splurge, do you have 1 splurge meal, or a whole splurge day? <BR> I can't deny/restrict myself from some things I love, but there are things you can't do without it being a splurge.
