I eat within my calorie range, 1200-1500 cals a day, drink lots of water, limited sweets, am allergic to gluten so I don't eat baked goodies or much bread.... and STILL can't loose the 10-15lbs that I need to. What is going on???? I just can't figure it out. I'm not on the pill or any medications that might be hindering this. <BR> <BR> Has anyone else been in this situation?
