Sat, 25 Apr 2015 14:24:59 EST Elisha in NJ Hi All!

Like many of you I'm a busy pro. In December 2014 I started working on a regular fitness schedule and have stuck to it. I'm pretty fit physically...well. It's my eating that I have to get a handle on. My goal is to check in here daily, make healthier food choices more often, and continue my no less than 4days/wk workout schedule.

Best wishes to everyone! Fri, 17 Apr 2015 09:44:22 EST Pilates Does anyone out there do pilates on a regular basis? I am thinking about adding Winsor Pilates DVD's to weights and cardio at the gym. I had foot surgery in December and can no longer run, jump (but can walk). I am meeting with a trainer in a few days for suggestions on modifying everything and coming up with new things I can do. I want lean muscles anyway, so cutting out running may not be a bad thing after all. I want to lose 20 lbs. (I am only 5" 1'). Also, becoming much more flexible... Mon, 13 Apr 2015 07:23:44 EST I can DO THIS! I am a single 40 yr old mother of three children (17, 15 and 10). I have been overweight ALL my life (since about age of 6). I have lost weight, gained weight, lost weight, gained more weight! In 2006 i had the gastric bypass surgery and went from 350 to 173 (my lowest I think). I am currently at 219 pounds and miserable. I hate that I let myself get back up here and I am ready to change it. My ultimate goal is 185 as that is a nice weight for me and my size (very large boned, 5'10"). I... I'm trying to figure out what my game plan is going to be.
