I've really eaten like crap the past two weeks in between extreme cravings during ovulation and the holidays in general. Ugh, I could kick myself. It had been quite a while since I had done it so it took some extra time, but I got it done. I also did Zumba once I made it back home. That was such a challenge. For now there is no way I will be walking AND doing Zumba more than twice a week. As the time progresses on I will try to do more days of walking AND Zumba.
