I've been struggling for so long and never gave it to serious of a thought. With the way my last 2 years have gone I have really let myself go. Mentally and physically. I guess you all can relate when I say I'm tired of this struggle. I know that tracking my calorie intake is the beginning to making this change in my life. I am an empty nester, my twin daughters away at college this year and a stressful job. I also suffered an injury to my wrist back in October and that has impacted some of my activity level. I am committed to myself and a nutritional program THRIVE that is amazing and I k...
