I made sure I worked out, even if just for a bit each day. That made me feel better. I had to adjust due to travel so i didn't have the same expectations as a normal week/day. I also was careful to ensure I got my fruits and veggies in (veggies had dip! after all it was the holidays)! Then I just chose smaller portions if the food was less healthy!

Got bad news the day before, my niece husband died. Thats a real bummer around the holidays. And they arent having a funeral or memorial. I think that's really sad. Because he was a good man and treated my niece very nicely . They been only married for a little over 2 years, a week before her mother died. I wish i could help but were just as strapped for money.
Our Thanksgiving was very somber. Im always fearful to attend the holidays because i akway lost a relative around the holidays every year, so i get quite perturbed and scared to even celebrate the holidays. I just try and stay busy.
Well got thru Thanksgiving.
