Okay, I'm higher than the beginning of the month, but not as high as it was part way through. Now if I can just keep doing every day, what I did on the last two--which wasn't extreme--just making sure to walk, and eating less--I'll get to a healthier weight.

TDUCKER18, I'm having the same problem, so obviously don't have an answer about what am I doing to stay motivated.

I HAVE been moving less these weeks. With cold weather coming, and a busyness of attending conferences, weddings, trying to get practicum placements--just not walking enough. It's not much, but if I can just keep up 10,000 steps a day, that is good, but I haven't been doing that. Must make that a priority--bundle up and walk outside, or get to a gym, or a mall and just walk around there.

I'm getting further away from that 205. Gotta try and beef up my motivation this week. It's been a real struggle. What are you guys doing to stay motivated?

I came here looking specifically for this challenge. There was a time in the past when it helped me to focus on this monthly goal, to keep focussed on making healthy choices food and exercise wise. Let's do this!
