Thursday morning: I weighed in at 87.0 kg, that's higher than what it was yesterday because I ate a lot of carbs. Aiming for 30 minutes of exercise and no more than 6,000 kJ food today.

The purpose of this challenge is to see how many weeks you can lose 1% of your body weight each week. This is what I consider a particularly tough challenge, so I don't expect to continue until at goal weight, rather to see how many weeks it's possible to do. I'll be weighing daily, and exercising/counting kilojoules as well. I've got a holiday later on in the year, I probably will pause around then since exercise may be difficult where I'll be. Starting tomorrow, Thursday 8th August.
