The purpose of this challenge is to see how many weeks you can lose 1% of your body weight each week. This is what I consider a particularly tough challenge, so I don't expect to continue until at goal weight, rather to see how many weeks it's possible to do. I'll be weighing daily, and exercising/counting kilojoules as well. I've got a holiday later on in the year, I probably will pause around then since exercise may be difficult where I'll be. Starting tomorrow, Thursday 8th August.
