Way To go Ma D! ;)
I havent' taken time yet to read down through the thread, but at first glance, it looks great!!
I'm at a temporary increase, but not concerned since all month I stayed much lower. This week has to do with some "over-exercise" on trail work (sore muscles)plus restaurant eating for 3 days. On to May we Go!!

Cruise was great. Back to reality. This is a special month. I am behind 1 pound to reach my goal on April 30th. Wish me luck, I will do the hard work.

5 miles every day! Amazing, TDUCKER18!!! I wish my feet would let me do that; although, I get at least a mile in every day doing farm chores- ha ha! Hang in there - it will come off! I've started counting calories every day because otherwise I just don't lose. (Well, the counting doesn't make them come off - it's the limiting the calories - ha ha emoticon ). I've been making a smoothie for lunch - it's really good... 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup frozen organic fruit, 1 T honey, 1 T peanut butter, 1 banana, and then I fill the rest of the blender up with power greens or kale or some other green vegetable - it's sweet and feels like you're being bad having a milkshake - ha ha!

Have patience...and keep following your plan! Plateaus are the "devil tempting ya" LOL!! We've all had that experience.

I'm seeing just a bit of headway, as I'm starting to increase my exercise a bit again, and spending more time outside my 4 walls!! Now to keep it here....!!

I think my problem is the number. I feel better. But that number haunts me. I'm walking about 5 miles a day. Eating pretty healthy. But I fluctuate between 215 & 217 each week. Ill be great when I see 190s

Hi again everyone! It was a busy week...we were gone camping last weekend, and it seems I spent the whole week catching up. I was delighted that it was one of the few weekend trips I haven't gained weight-- a combination of choosing more carefully, and getting some good walking in!

Does anyone else feel "energized" simply because its April?! We've had a lot of
emoticon and emoticon so far...but my garden loves it, and I'm still getting some exercise.

Hi Patti - I thought I would come keep U company. Going to try to drop at least 10 pounds in the next 8 weeks. That is 5% of my weight. And it will put me in another weight decade, the 180's. I hope I hope.

Started walking more outside on lunch. Scale has been nice to me lately. And i do feel a lot better after my walks.
